Falling short of your expectations is not acceptable to us and we will rectify and sort out any issue that you may have. Whether it's a billing question, something unpleasant about the vehicle you were traveling in, or something that was not quite right with your order, we are very sorry. Every receipt you receive has a "Need Help" button on it that you can use to report issues, or you may simply email our customer support team at with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, and we will look into it right away.

Technical Issues

We test our software to the highest standards but sometimes it still doesn't behave as it should. We're committed to fixing and resolving any issue that you may experience. We are able to detect many issues as they happen but if you have a persistent issue, please feel free to email us at with a brief explanation of the issue you are encountering, what type of phone you are using, and—if known—the OS version that is running on your phone. We'll let the developers out of the basement to take a look at the issue and get onto it.

From time to time you may encounter a message when opening the App that asks you to upgrade immediately. This is one of the ways that we make sure you are always getting the latest and greatest version of the App.
